Project-Based Work

All one-off project payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly Retainers

• Retainers are billed in advance.

• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused deliverables.

• Cancellations require 30 days’ notice via email to thomas@foundor.com.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our discretion if services cannot be delivered due to circumstances solely within our control.
